Brian L. Oaks
Brian L. Oaks has been serving clients in north-central Indiana as a lawyer in Kokomo for over 30 years. His practice is dedicated to estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, and business services, including Landlord Tenant issues. His role as a Registered Civil & Domestics Relations Mediator sets Brian apart, a testament to his ability to handle conflicts tactfully and fairly.
Brian graduated from Wabash College and earned her Juris Doctorate in 1989 at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. After graduating from law school, Brian returned to his hometown and joined the law firm of Button & Hillis. Brian assists clients with complex problems by utilizing his communication skills and ability to listen attentively. His clientele includes local business owners, farmers, landlords, and families with estate planning needs.
Brian is the past President of the Howard County Bar Association and the Kokomo/Howard County Chamber of Commerce. When not working, he enjoys spending time at the lake with his family and golfing.

Her responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence with clients and colleagues. Jane’s strong communication skills and ability to multitask make her a valuable asset to the firm, allowing Brian L. Oaks to focus on providing high-quality legal services to their clients.
